We serve companies that demand organization, strict adherence to deadlines, and reliable information for decision-making. **YOUR MISSION** Support the Customer Success and Legalization departments, ensuring timely delivery and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Issue service invoices for clients according to internal guidelines and procedures; * Assist in verifying information required for invoice issuance (registration data, amounts, tax withholdings, etc.); * Perform company legalization activities—such as incorporation, amendments, and dissolution—under supervision; * Support the organization and control of corporate and registration documents for clients; * Conduct inquiries and file submissions with public agencies (Municipalities, Federal Revenue Service, Commercial Registries, etc.); * Keep client registration records and internal controls up to date; * Provide support to Tax, Accounting, and Administrative departments as daily needs arise. **WHAT WE SEEK** * Currently enrolled in Accounting, Business Administration, or Law programs, from the 3rd semester onward; * Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and willingness for continuous learning. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Internship stipend of R$ 1\.258,00; * Meal allowance of R$ 200,00; * Wellhub/Gympass; * Birthday day off; * Flexible working hours; * Opportunity for permanent hiring. **Get to Know Karavela** * Website: www.karavela.com.br * Instagram: @karavelacontabilidade * LinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/karavelacontabilidade/
