




**Main responsibilities:** Recruit, select, onboard, and monitor the adaptation of new employees; prepare reports; and develop internal marketing initiatives. Recruitment and selection for operational and strategic positions; Conduct pre-employment procedures, including scheduling medical examinations, collecting documents, and submitting documents to the HR department; Ensure, through onboarding, that employees receive all information regarding benefits and Human Resources policies; Assist in monitoring HR metrics for the Cacel Group, presenting reports and action plans for improvement; Implement training and development projects as directed. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward Experience in recruitment and selection
