If you have experience handling clients, are motivated by results, and possess strong negotiation abilities, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Contact delinquent customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail to amicably resolve outstanding debts. * Identify reasons for delinquency and offer feasible negotiation alternatives to customers. * Ensure achievement of credit recovery targets and contribute to the collections team's overall results. * Record and update contact and negotiation information in the CRM system. * Maintain respectful and professional client relationships, prioritizing resolution and satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance negotiation techniques and outreach approaches. Requirements: * Prior experience in collections or customer service, preferably via telephone. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Results-driven mindset and ability to work under goals and deadlines. * Basic computer proficiency (Excel and CRM). * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). **What We Offer:** * Competitive base salary \+ commissions based on achieved targets. * Meal allowance: BRL 21.50 per day * Transportation allowance * Health insurance, available after 3 months * Gympass * Conexa Saúde * Training programs and professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
