




Description: The individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring docking projects, including technical evaluation, inventory management, use of technologies, and relationship management with customers, vessels, and third parties. They will also support the preparation of reports, cost estimates, and the identification of continuous process improvements. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and coordinate docking activities; * Evaluate the technical specifications of docking projects; * Monitor the execution of docking projects, including adherence to deadlines, budget, and work quality; * Develop communication and relationships with internal customers; * Prepare detailed reports on docking projects, including progress analyses and recommendations for future improvements; * Manage inventory of parts, materials, and equipment to be used during docking projects; * Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality in docking processes; * Implement and supervise the use of advanced technologies, such as control and monitoring systems and BI; * Monitor services provided by third-party companies; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in docking processes; * Establish communication with vessels scheduled for docking; * Participate in the preparation of cost estimates for docking projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Production, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Naval. * Experience in the field or in a similar role. * Intermediate English — ability to read and write. 2512290202491888463
