Responsibilities * Assist in coordinating kitchen activities during the night shift * Supervise cooks and kitchen assistants * Ensure quality standards, presentation, and taste of dishes * Organize production and task distribution among the team * Monitor food preparation time and order dispatch * Ensure kitchen organization, cleanliness, and compliance with food handling best practices * Assist in waste control and proper use of ingredients * Support team training and guidance Requirements * Proven experience in professional kitchens * Leadership or team coordination experience is a plus * Organization, agility, and responsibility * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively Schedule **06x01** rotating schedule – Night shift Hours: 4:20 PM to 12:20 AM Compensation Salary: **R$ 2\.900,00** Night shift allowance as per legislation Benefits: Monthly food basket \+ mobility allowance \+ shuttle service dropping employees off at home after work hours Payment: R$2\.900,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * This position is for the night shift, from 4:20 PM to 12:20 AM.
