Description: * Proven experience in the role; * Experience in civil engineering / construction projects; * Training in residential and industrial electrician work, electrical control systems; * Basic NR-10 course (40 hours). * Completed elementary education. * Plan and carry out AC electrical installation services, as well as perform preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, measurements, and tests on low-voltage temporary circuits, aiming to keep them in optimal operating and productivity conditions; * Planning: Receive tasks from the supervisor, discussing details and requirements for electrical materials, in order to fully understand and execute them correctly and efficiently; * Installation of Power Networks: Install low- and high-voltage power networks by erecting, cross-bracing, and installing poles; pulling and tensioning cables and wires; and installing transformers—ensuring power delivery to various points across the construction site according to required voltages; * Corrective Maintenance: Inspect power networks and perform corrective maintenance, replacing and repairing wires, switches, insulators, and grounding rods, to prevent power outages from halting critical areas of the construction site; * Illumination of Work Areas: Illuminate work fronts by relocating reflectors, wires, conduits, and switches, ensuring no connections touch reinforcing steel and avoiding amperage limit exceedances, thereby facilitating nighttime work visibility and preventing accidents; also inspect reflectors used at work fronts, replacing or repairing lamps, ballasts, wires, and junction boxes to ensure they remain in perfect working condition; * Replacements and Repairs: Assist in replacing burnt-out motors and repairing control panels for power plants and industrial installations, performing necessary repairs to support increased workload in industrial electrical services; * Recovery of Electrical Equipment: Assist in recovering AC electrical equipment by rewinding components according to their original specifications, whenever necessary or upon request from immediate supervision; * Technical Analysis: Perform tasks requiring analytical ability to determine, among predefined alternatives, the most suitable solution for each case, applying theoretical and practical knowledge to conduct mathematical calculations, use precision instruments, and operate medium-complexity machinery and equipment—under constant supervision. 8. Processes: Carry out activities in accordance with instructions and service priorities established by the immediate supervisor, adhering to company standards and procedures, properly using required uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), and complying with occupational safety & health, environmental, quality, and social responsibility requirements; * Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, equipment, and materials to ensure good usability conditions; store waste generated during activities in appropriate containers and designated locations, preserving occupational safety & health and environmental standards. 2512210202551875574

The Content Marketing Manager will define and oversee the creation of content that supports Joorney’s strategic direction and goals. This includes overseeing our website content, blogs, social media accounts, advertising content, sales support materials, as well as seeking out and evaluating external media placement and collaboration opportunities. You are both organized and strategic and will play an important role in our growing marketing department. You will become a subject\-matter expert and should learn, love, and care about what Joorney does and the topics we cover. You will also gain a deep understanding of each of our distinct target audiences. Through the coordination with other marketing team members, including third\-party contractors, you will ensure all written and visual aspects of our content are created in line with our brand and messaging and in support of our objectives **Key Responsibilities:** * Work closely with the department management and Executives to identify opportunities that supports Joorney’s strategic direction and contribute to the company achieving its goals. * Craft a content strategy and calendar that increases brand awareness and drives qualified traffic into our funnels through both organic and paid channels. * Execute on that strategy, implementing SEO best practices across all content. * Oversee day\-to\-day content planning including ideation, scheduling, editing, publishing and promotion plans. * Work alongside marketing management to organize and direct the priorities and daily tasks of other marketing team members to ensure all deadlines of the department are met. * Recruit and manage third\-party content contributors and multimedia creators, including agencies and freelancers. * Manage content materials approval and quality control process, including providing graphic design direction, writing and/or editing a variety of content, and fact\-checking all content. * Gather insights on all target markets in order to create content that appeals to their specific pain points, interests, and needs. * Look for opportunities to attract clients and partners through content, including AI assistant optimization. * Provide support to the sales division by being the point of communication for all needs for sales support documents \& marketing materials (e.g. email copy, sales presentations, one\-page promo documents, price lists) Be responsible for staying on top of content marketing trends and consistently educating and training team members in best practices. * **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Degree in marketing and/or business (preferred) or substantial related experience * Strong understanding of and interest in B2B marketing, business formation, start\-ups, business growth, and business funding required * Experience managing content within law/legal or immigration industry is a plus * 4\+ years content writing and copywriting experience required * 2\+ year project management experience required * Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/IG, and Google Ads preferred * Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM software required * Creative, with high standards for marketing copy and design elements * Self\-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Confident communicator and outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels * Strong organizational and time management skills * Extreme attention to detail * MUST be a native or fluent English speaker and writer * Nice to have: fluency in Spanish * Be available during regular business hours (Eastern Time)
