




Job Summary: The Structured Cabling Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and organization of cabling systems for data, voice, and video networks, ensuring IT infrastructure reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and organization of structured cabling (UTP, FTP, STP, optical fiber) 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of network infrastructure 3. Support to the IT team for infrastructure-related requests The Structured Cabling Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and organizing structured cabling systems for data, voice, and video networks, ensuring proper IT infrastructure operation in compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. Main Responsibilities: * Install and organize structured cabling (UTP, FTP, STP, optical fiber); * Assemble and label racks, patch panels, outlets, and network points; * Perform cable routing, termination, and network certification; * Conduct continuity and performance testing of cabling; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure; * Adhere to technical standards (TIA/EIA, ABNT) and safety procedures; * Prepare technical reports and service records; * Support the IT team for infrastructure-related requests. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical or vocational training in Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields; * Knowledge of structured cabling and network infrastructure; * Experience with crimping and certification tools; * Basic electrical knowledge and occupational safety awareness; * Availability for fieldwork. Advantages: * Certifications in the field (e.g., Furukawa, Panduit, Cisco); * Experience with optical fiber; * Brazilian driver’s license category B.
