Regulatory Compliance Management:** * **Monitoring and Tracking:** Actively monitor new legislation and amendments, preparing legal opinions and monthly regulatory bulletins for business areas. * **Advisory and Administrative Litigation:** Supervise and act in administrative proceedings before regulatory agencies (health, environmental, ANTT) and professional councils (CREA, CRQ, CRF, CREFITO, etc.), including drafting and reviewing defenses, objections and appeals. * **Licensing:** Manage the lifecycle of operational licenses and permits for facilities, ensuring their acquisition and renewal, and supervise the migration and updating of legal compliance matrices. * **Contaminated Sites Management:** Supervise processes and action plans related to the management of contaminated sites. * **Domain Leadership:** Serve as Domain Leader for Operational Licenses, defining guidelines and monitoring action plans with responsible departments. **2\. Implementation and Management of Compliance Programs:** * **Policies and Procedures:** Lead the implementation and control of global policies and procedures in Brazil, including the Code of Conduct, Antitrust Policy, Intermediaries Policy, Gifts and Donations Policy, among others. * **Training:** Develop and deliver periodic and mandatory training on regulatory and ethics topics for all employees, including organizing Ethics Week. * **Governance:** Coordinate the Legal Compliance Committee, conducting quarterly meetings with Regulatory Domain Leaders for strategic alignment and action plan follow-up. * **Data Protection (LGPD):** Serve as a support point in implementing data protection policies and procedures, providing consultancy on projects and contracts. * **Due Diligence:** Conduct ethical due diligence assessments of third parties such as intermediaries and customers, and validate internal approval processes. * **Audits and Controls:** Respond to internal and external audits (AFA, Dawn Raid, etc.), ensuring process compliance and implementing corrective actions. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Do you have these requirements?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration.
