(average R$1\.700,00\)** * **Work mode: In-person** **Benefits:** Transportation voucher and meal allowance **Responsibilities and duties:** Deliver theoretical training to young apprentices aged 14 to 23 in various knowledge areas; Apply Institutional Methodology; Develop, adjust, and deliver lesson plans, slides, activities, and exercises; Use active learning methodologies during sessions; Monitor attendance and absences; Evaluate youth behavior and technical-professional development according to institutional competencies. **Experience and qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR Management, or Accounting. Teaching experience.
