Job Description \-You will be responsible for executing long- and medium-term mine planning activities / economic evaluations, aiming at ore reserve certification, as well as providing adequate support for short-term planning / mining operations, including long- and medium-term fleet sizing (primary and auxiliary). **Key responsibilities include:** * Execute medium- and long-term mine planning activities (optimization; sequencing; operationalization, among others) and conduct economic analysis. * Develop multi-year mine plans, focusing on quality and productivity gains, while monitoring and ensuring adherence to medium- and long-term plans. * Size mine fleet (surface mobile equipment). * Promote a mining culture oriented toward strategic long-term planning. * Plan, discuss, and monitor results of mine plans with the short-term planning and mine operations teams. * Develop a holistic view of the business, its interdependencies, and the need for long-term planning as the foundation for sustainability. * Foster harmonious interaction with the operational unit team.
