Job Summary: A professional responsible for asset management, scrap metal and recyclable materials management, and dismantling mapping, with a focus on communication, negotiation, and results. Description: WHAT YOU NEED: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of agricultural/industrial machinery and equipment is a plus; * SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus; * Commercial skills and practices, especially strong communication and strategic negotiation; * Clear and persuasive communication: Ability to present ideas clearly and adapt messaging to the customer's profile; * Active listening: Understanding the customer's real needs to offer appropriate solutions; * Empathy: Putting oneself in the customer's shoes to build genuine and lasting connections; * Negotiation: Skillfully guiding mutually beneficial agreements while intelligently addressing objections; * Organization and discipline: Efficiently managing time, goals, and processes; * Technical knowledge: Mastery of offered products or services to convey confidence; * Creativity: Proposing innovative and customized solutions for each customer; * Results orientation: Working with clear goals and performance indicators; * Market knowledge; * Driver's license category B; * Must reside in the Guariba region. YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY: Assets: * Periodic inventory across Ethanol, Sugar, and Bioenergy units to identify opportunities for obsolete items and make them available for sale; * Execution and monitoring of lotting processes for auctions, vehicle research, and inspections; * Monitoring of yards and assets under your management (portfolio) from identification through delivery to customers; * Managerial tracking of scheduled removals for auction/spot sales, ensuring information reaches interested parties; Scrap Metal and Recyclables: * Monitoring proper storage of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, ensuring timely removal flows; * Monitoring and developing methods for controlling removal flows of recyclable materials (oil, drums, paper, cardboard, and plastic), ensuring scheduling adherence and alignment with the removal timeline for site cleaning and 5S implementation; * Liaising with business areas to promote 5S practices in production or equipment reserve areas; Dismantling: * Mapping of facilities and structures for dismantling to generate revenue from material sales and achieve cost savings in procurement processes. 2511210202471881804
