We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Load and unload trucks carrying LPG cylinders, ensuring safe handling of containers. Place cylinders onto filling equipment according to operational instructions. Perform visual and functional inspections of cylinders, identifying and segregating units with damage, leaks, or expired validity dates. Clean cylinder exteriors, removing old seals, labels, and residues to prepare them for refilling. Check for potential cylinder leaks using water spray and perform simple corrections when necessary. Properly seal and secure filled cylinders in accordance with safety and quality standards. Operate mechanical or electronic scales to fill cylinders of various capacities (13 kg, 20 kg, 45 kg, and 90 kg), ensuring correct weight. Adjust the net weight of cylinders as needed, maintaining product compliance with established standards. Perform decanting of containers and valve replacement, per leadership instructions. Straighten cylinder rims using appropriate tools. Segregate cylinders designated for requalification and maintenance, following technical criteria. Keep yards, operation platforms, and painting booths clean and organized. Support movement of other-brand (OM) containers within the facility, as instructed. Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures at every stage of production. Maintain equipment, tools, and the overall workplace in good condition. **Requirements:** * Completion of 4th or 5th grade of Elementary Education (depending on year of graduation) \- Minimum education requirement: Complete Elementary Education I * Basic knowledge of fire prevention (NR 23\) and general occupational safety practices and industrial workplace organization is desirable. * Experience in mass-production lines and training in welding, mechanics, etc., is desirable. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM; flexible availability required; * 100% on-site work; * Compensation: Base salary R$ 2\.517,70 \+ 30% hazard pay * Benefits: Meal allowance R$ 814,73 (monthly), on-site cafeteria, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), medical and dental insurance, life insurance, Wellhub, gas voucher, among others ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Communication, Teamwork, Focus, Interpersonal Relationships ### **Benefits:** Medical and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, On-site Cafeteria, Meal Allowance, Pharmacy Benefit Plan, Childcare Assistance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Transportation Voucher, Gas Voucher, Additional Vacation Bonus based on tenure, Benefits Club, Funeral Assistance, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Platform Operations
