Job Summary: A professional responsible for preventive and corrective building maintenance, renovations, and electrical and hydraulic installations in stores, following scheduled plans or ad-hoc requests. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance in stores 2. Carry out renovations, electrical and hydraulic installations 3. Participate in assembly and installation of new equipment Your responsibilities will include: * Performing daily preventive and corrective building maintenance throughout the store premises; * Conducting renovations and minor construction work, painting, repairing or building simple furniture; * Installing electrical devices or equipment, identifying leaks, or renovating the hydraulic system; * Adhering to schedules defined by supervisors or responding to service requests to ensure optimal store operation; * Participating in assembly or installation of new machinery and equipment, collaborating with supplier or manufacturer teams or under supervisor guidance. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in the field; * Technical certification in NR 10 \- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SERVICE SAFETY; * Completed High School education; * Proactive and organized.
