Professional experience in network technical support. Driver's license category A/B. Strong communication skills with clients. \- Support for Windows and Linux software. \- Support for IT equipment (desktops, notebooks, printers) and computer peripherals. \- Opening, handling, tracking, and closing service tickets. \- Providing support to clients using networked devices such as cameras, facial recognition readers, routers, access points, access control and remote access software, applications, and integrations with access control equipment. \- Managing service tickets and meeting SLA requirements. \- Knowledge of network infrastructure assets (APs, switches, etc.). \- Hardware knowledge for diagnostics and ticket creation. \- Proficiency in Office 365\. \- Best practices in Information Security. \- Development of technical documentation and operation of tools for ticket control and reporting. \- Supporting equipment installation activities and layout modifications. \- Equipment requisition, replacement, and restocking. Preferred Qualifications for this Position: \- Knowledge of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Linux, etc. \- Professional experience in network technical support. \- Technical support experience in IT. Desired Knowledge: \- Operating systems (Windows/Linux servers and desktops). \- Knowledge of backup best practices. \- Familiarity with N1 and N2 Service Desk. \- Networking knowledge.
