Job Summary: A Logistics and Transportation company is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to manage full fleet maintenance, documentation control, fuel consumption monitoring, and driver team management in Ribeirão Preto. Administrative organization of the branch A Logistics and Transportation company is seeking a Fleet Supervisor in Ribeirão Preto. **Responsibilities:** Fleet maintenance management. Responsible for fleet control and monitoring, including: Preventive and corrective maintenance. Tire control, cleaning, and sanitation. Opening and closing service orders. Procurement tracking, quotations, and service execution. Entering invoices and values into the system. Monitoring kilometers driven and refueling. Vehicle fuel consumption monitoring. Control of mandatory documentation (ANTT, CRLV, Artesp, TransERP). Monitoring expiration dates of tachographs and fire extinguishers. Conducting and following up on weekly check\-lists. Monitoring traffic fines, accidents, and driver accountability. Route and itinerary control. Team Management: Responsible for monitoring and developing the driver team: Daily contact with drivers. Monthly operational visits. Performance, conduct, and process compliance monitoring. Work schedule control. Managing leave and vacation schedules. Supporting hiring and termination processes. Collecting document signatures. Monitoring kilometer and refueling entries. Ensuring proper use of uniforms and PPEs. Monitoring team conduct and interpersonal relationships. Branch Management: Responsible for administrative organization of the unit. Maintaining an organized office, files, and inventory. Controlling branch documentation. Sending documents and courier packages to headquarters. Assisting in administrative organization of operations. Previous experience as Fleet Manager, Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, or Transportation Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
