This professional will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring the proper operation of the company's systems, networks, and technological infrastructure. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed bachelor's degree; Valid driver's license (Class B); Knowledge of databases and system security; Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem resolution; Knowledge of networks. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide hardware and software technical support to internal and external users; respond to technical inquiries and those related to services, products, customer relationships, warranties, among others; Design, implement, and maintain computer networks; Ensure data and system security; Participate in the analysis, evaluation, selection, installation, and maintenance of basic and support software (operating systems); Plan and manage infrastructure projects, including servers, storage, networks, operating systems, and virtualization environments. **BENEFITS:** Health, dental, and pharmacy plans; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Wellhub (fitness and wellness).
