If you enjoy sales, are comfortable working with online platforms, and want to grow with us, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Manage online sales on platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, and others; * Provide customer service via chat, email, and telephone; * Prepare customized quotations according to customer needs; * Track orders, delivery deadlines, after-sales service, and product registration; * Assist in organizing and updating product listings. **Requirements:** * Experience with e-commerce; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines and goals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.; * Knowledge of listing editing and marketplace-based customer service. **Compensation:** To be negotiated Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
