Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing various beverages while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the bar counter and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in mixology or bartender courses. 2. Solid knowledge of distilled spirits, wines, and bar techniques. 3. Ability to work at a fast pace with strong communication skills. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Beverage Preparation:** Create cocktails, drinks, juices, and serve wines/beers according to standardized recipes and customer requests. * **Cleaning and Safety:** Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar counter, utensils, and equipment. **Common Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role and/or mixology/bartender courses. * Solid knowledge of distilled spirits, wines, and bar techniques. * Ability to stand for extended periods and work at a fast pace. * Strong communication skills and a friendly/extroverted personality.
