Warehouse Assistant (Night Shift)

Job Summary: Assist in unloading, sorting, checking, and dispatching materials, ensuring product integrity and inventory organization, while acting ethically and professionally. Key Highlights: 1. Act proactively, with organization and team spirit **Position for the 2nd shift** **4:00 PM to 1:20 AM** **Responsibilities:** Assist in unloading, sorting, and checking materials, ensuring items comply with order specifications and internal procedures (delivery address, item code, description, batch, and quantity), as well as inspect product integrity, identifying damages such as scratches, dents, oxidation, or other visible defects, including cutting hoses when necessary; Carry out steps in the material preparation and dispatch process, including opening volume documents, assembling and sealing packages, packaging products, closing documents, and forwarding them to dispatch; Request material restocking from forklift operators and support warehouse organization, as well as participate in inventories according to departmental procedures; Maintain company-provided equipment in good condition, correctly use mandatory PPE, and strictly comply with operational and safety procedures; Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and suitable for daily operations.
