Itograss, the market leader in natural turfgrass, is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP (CLT). We seek someone who enjoys a dynamic routine, possesses leadership skills, and ensures high-quality, agile, and careful product deliveries. Education: * Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields. Requirements: * Experience in the field and/or team management. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate transportation operations for turfgrass, equipment, and supplies; * Manage the administrative logistics team; * Plan and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and service levels; * Work toward reducing logistics costs and optimizing operations; * Ensure compliance with logistics and transportation legislation; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Production, Procurement, and Finance departments; * Lead continuous improvement projects and process standardization; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.218,38 – R$8.300,41 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
