Continuous improvement of controllership processes and automation Work in the Commercial Controllership department, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and consolidating sales data and key indicators, ensuring information reliability and supporting decision-making through insight generation and enhancement of control and management processes. * Prepare, consolidate, and monitor the corporate budget (budget), conducting periodic analyses of **actual vs. budgeted** results and identifying significant variances; * Analyze the economic\-financial performance of projects, evaluating revenue, costs, expenses, margin, and profitability; * Design, monitor, and analyze financial and operational key indicators. * Develop and review financial forecasts (forecast) based on sales trends, cost trends, and project performance; * Conduct cost and expense analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency; * Monitor and analyze the financial impact of contracts, commercial terms, and sales policies; * Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information by proposing improvements to processes, controls, and databases; * Design and present managerial and executive reports to support the board of directors and leadership in decision-making; * Drive continuous improvement of controllership processes, promoting standardization, automation, and information governance; * Utilize and enhance BI tools, ERP systems, and financial systems to generate business intelligence and analytical efficiency.
