Development and engagement of high-performance teams **Senior Operations Manager** **Sector: Supplementary Health** We are looking for a **Senior Operations Manager** to lead and structure complex operations in the supplementary health sector, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high performance in a high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders. The professional will be responsible for end-to-end operational management, integrating strategy, governance, and execution, with a strong results orientation, regulatory control, and customer experience focus. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy and Operational Model** * Define, structure, and evolve the standard operational model; * Translate strategic objectives into clear, scalable, and sustainable operational mechanisms; * Implement policies and procedures aimed at efficiency and regulatory compliance. **Governance and Performance** * Establish and monitor strategic indicators (SLA, quality, customer experience, clinical risks); * Ensure data integrity and information governance; * Guarantee achievement of contractual and regulatory targets; * Support internal and external audits. **Operational Management and Compliance** * Manage operations in compliance with ANS regulations; * Provide technical support in analyzing customer requests and assisting negotiations; * Ensure quality standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance; * Promote integration among clinical, administrative, and strategic areas. **Leadership and Team Development** * Build, develop, and engage high-performance teams; * Establish clear decision-making criteria, goals, and accountability; * Reduce individual dependency through structured processes and planned succession; * Influence multiple departments and strategic stakeholders. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Specialization in Health Management; * Solid knowledge of ANS regulations and supplementary health legislation; * Proven experience in operational leadership roles; * Experience in complex, high-volume operations; * Experience with performance indicators and results-based management; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA); * Strong analytical capability and data orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in operational transformation; * Experience in 24x7 environments; * Experience integrating with technology and data teams; * Prior experience in B2B operations. **Executive Profile** * Systemic and strategic vision; * Ability to make decisions under pressure; * Strong results and governance orientation; * Influential leadership, even without direct authority; * High ethical standards and corporate responsibility. **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Commuter Allowance * Flex Food / Meal Voucher * Birthday Day Off * Wellness Programs (TotalPass, Online Therapy) * Educational partnerships and corporate benefits Employment Type: Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 60 months Compensation: R$9\.938,37 \- R$14\.560,09 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
