Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying production orders, inspecting and packaging materials, organizing orders for shipment, and operating overhead cranes. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of overhead cranes for material handling **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior factory floor experience is preferred; * Working hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM\. **Company Description:** * Marvitubos is a company committed to supplying a wide inventory of tubes, steel bars, and components for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder assembly, with no minimum order quantity, immediate delivery, and certified quality. **Responsibilities:** * Verify Production Orders (P.O.) via the system (Algoritmo) and/or as provided by the Production Control Department (PCP); organize them by date, quantity, and delivery time; prioritize pickup orders (when customers collect their orders in person); * Inspect materials (e.g., steel tubes, aluminum profiles), clean them with cloth, and examine for scratches or pores using a flashlight; use polishing equipment (“Buxão”) for correction when necessary; measure diameter and length using tools such as tape measure, caliper, ruler, and micrometer; * Apply protective oil to prevent corrosion on inspected materials; package materials using stretch film, adhesive tape, cardboard, Madeirit as end caps for parts exceeding 160 mm to avoid transport damage, and pallets; * Package aluminum profiles up to 125 mm in external dimension using cardboard tubes; * Label parts with customer name, city, and carrier; * Organize orders on workbenches, sorted by customer and carrier; * Operate overhead cranes for material handling.
