




Job Summary: A Technical Support professional responsible for handling support tickets, equipment maintenance, server monitoring, and infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. Klab Digital is a company specialized in digital solutions and online marketing. It offers services ranging from website development to SEO strategies and social media management. **Responsibilities:** Handle and monitor support tickets (Level 1 and Level 2\), ensuring SLA compliance. Assemble, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones, and barcode scanners. Assist in basic monitoring and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers. Configure backup resources on workstations. Document resolved incidents technically. Infrastructure and Assets: Support the configuration of telephony systems, printers, and peripherals across locations. Manage inventory of assets, consumables, and hardware components. Administer departmental procurement needs. Oversee third-party services related to physical infrastructure. Maintain organized racks, technical storage rooms, and work environments. Previous experience as Technical Support Technician, Support Analyst, Support Specialist, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
