




We are seeking a creative, proactive professional with a strategic mindset to work at a large-scale industrial company. Proven prior experience in this role is required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration; Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies; Experience in advertising campaigns, events, and visual communication; Proficiency in digital tools and social media; Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break). RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in tactical marketing activities; Develops and supports advertising campaigns and visual communication; Manages and monitors activities and relationships with advertising agencies; Provides support for and organizes trade fairs and industry events; Participates in the creation of advertising and promotional materials; Supports the organization and execution of promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and events; Updates and organizes files, advertising materials, promotional items, and banners; Conducts qualitative and quantitative market research; Compiles customer information obtained from surveys and visit reports; Monitors KPIs and evaluates the quality of marketing activities and processes; Assists in defining and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies; Contributes to developing lead automation and lead nurturing strategies; Collaborates in planning and executing digital marketing and social media strategies; Supports defining marketing strategies and managing the marketing budget; etc. *Meal allowance value: BRL 1,102.31 *Please attach an updated resume detailing your responsibilities and employment periods.
