**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Pick products sold via the website/app, ensuring agility and accuracy;
* Verify orders carefully, respecting customer deadlines and specifications;
* Organize items in the designated shipping area and maintain a clean, orderly environment;
* Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure on-time delivery;
* Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or stockouts;
* Contact customers in case of product unavailability, proposing solutions or substitutions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary education;
* Basic technology knowledge (use of systems or apps for order picking).
