**Job Description:** We are looking for an **Operational Supervisor** to work in Ribeirão Preto, responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, achievement of targets, and excellence in service execution. This professional will act as the link between the operational team and management, ensuring that processes run safely, productively, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise team's operational activities, ensuring compliance with schedules and established targets; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, costs, absenteeism, etc.); * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good operational practices; * Manage people (scheduling, feedback, training, and team development); * Support the implementation of improvements in operational processes; * Control materials, equipment, and operational resources; * Prepare management reports and support decision-making within the area. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (higher education will be a differentiator); * Previous experience in operational supervision or coordination; * Knowledge in team management and performance indicators; * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; * Availability to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP and conduct field visits when necessary. **Desirable:** * Technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in operational control tools and management systems (ERP, Excel, etc.). **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Regular business hours (with flexibility according to operational needs) **Location:** Ribeirão Preto – SP Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
