Lead and manage teams, optimize resources, and promote a productive and safe working environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, supervise, and monitor construction/installations from start to completion, ensuring schedule and budget compliance. * Interpret project designs, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Ensure availability of resources (materials, equipment, and labor). * Lead direct and outsourced teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting development. * Monitor quality, safety, health, environment, and EHS, conducting toolbox talks and periodic inspections. * Identify and resolve non-conformities by proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. * Prepare reports and record information in management platforms (e.g., ClickUp). * Test, approve, and validate deliverables, ensuring technical and visual quality. * Train users/clients on systems and procedures. * Participate in alignment meetings and manage change requests. * Perform related duties within the scope of responsibilities. **Requirements** * Proven experience in civil construction and industrial installation supervision, preferably in industrial projects such as steel structures, prestressed concrete, vertical and modular construction. * Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Knowledge of technical (ABNT) and regulatory standards in the sector, including NR-10, NR-12, NR-35 for installations and NR-18 for civil construction. * Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate level in Excel. **Company and/or Job Advantages** Well-established company recognized for its quality and exclusive/personalized projects.
