### **Job Information** Number of openings 1 SLA \-1 Industry IT Services Opening date 19/05/2026 Employment type Full-time Professional experience 1\-3 years City Ribeirão Preto State/Province Sao Paulo Country Brazil ZIP/Postal code 14000\-000 ### **Job Description** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Support the implementation, administration, and evolution of information security solutions; * Manage and review access, identities, and permissions in corporate environments; * Support initiatives related to IAM, IGA, PAM, RBAC, SoD, and access governance, including configuration and integration of protocols and standards such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2\.0, LDAP/LDAPS, SCIM, MFA, JWT, and automated identity and access provisioning; * Administer and support SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, performing continuous monitoring, alert analysis, event correlation, and initial incident response; * Monitor security events and incidents, conducting preliminary analysis and handling; * Assist in developing and administering tools such as antivirus, firewall, SIEM, DLP, EDR/XDR, and SASE solutions; * Contribute to creating, reviewing, and disseminating security policies, standards, and procedures; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring up-to-date evidence and documentation; * Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and network teams to implement security best practices; * Participate in vulnerability assessments, remediation planning, and continuous improvement of environments; * Support security projects and compliance initiatives aligned with LGPD, ISO 27001, and industry frameworks. ### **Requirements** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields; * Experience with information security solutions and controls, including DLP, antivirus, firewall, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, IGA, RBAC, SoD, Active Directory, WSUS, Wazuh, and SASE solutions such as Netskope and Zscaler; * Knowledge of Active Directory, identity management, access governance, and security policies; * Experience in hybrid environments (on\-premises and cloud), including integration and administration of security solutions; * Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols and standards such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2\.0, LDAP/LDAPS, SCIM, and MFA; * Knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT; * Experience with ITSM tools, SIEM platforms, and cloud platforms such as Azure, OCI, and AWS; * Preferred: Information security certifications will be considered advantageous, such as CompTIA Security\+, ISO 27001, SC\-900, AZ\-500, CISSP, or CISM. ### **Benefits** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 550.00; * Bradesco Health Insurance plan; * Dental assistance: Bradesco or Uniodonto; * Breakfast and afternoon coffee served daily at the CCM office; * Fully covered parking (if used); * Reimbursement of up to BRL 150.00 for English courses; * Mobility allowance: BRL 150.00 for CCMers who attend the office for at least 14 days per month; * Transportation voucher (as per CLT regulations); * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Maternity leave: 120 days, extendable to 150 days; * Extended paternity leave: 20 days; * Birthday day off; * Wellhub (Gympass) — available to dependents; * Quick massage; * Rest area; * BRL 2\.000,00 per year for professional development; * Assistance for passport application; * Well-structured career development plan.
