Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilidades We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for defining architectural standards for ICT and network security solutions, seeking resource optimization, maximum coverage, continuous innovation, and excellence in customer experience (internal and external). **Main Activities:** • Conduct studies and research on identity security solutions in collaboration with market technology vendors. • Develop projects to manage and control Privileged Access Management (PAM, Password Vault). • Develop projects to manage and implement Identity Governance (IAM, IGA, CIAM). * Manage Web Access (SSO) * Develop strategic plans for IGA/IAM/PAM/CIAM, convergence, roadmaps, scope, budget, etc. * Understand business unit needs and propose the optimal identity solution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge, Experience, and Education:** • Solid experience in Cyber Security • Experience in disciplines including: Privileged Access Management (PAM, Password Vault), Identity Management and Governance (IAM, IGA, MFA, CIAM), or Web Access Management (SSO) • Solid experience managing privileged accounts on Windows and Linux servers, and databases; * Desired experience with integration projects for privileged accounts into CyberArk or other PAM solutions; * Desired knowledge of protocols such as SSH, RDP, LDAP, SAML2, OAuth, OpenID, among others, to support integrations. * Familiarity with solutions such as: CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping, etc. * Identity management in multicloud environments (CIEM) * Secrets Management, API keys, certificate authorities, MFA, SSO, etc. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree / MBA or certifications in this field are a plus.
