




We are seeking a **Mechanical Assembler** to perform assembly of **neonatal medical equipment**, such as incubators and baby cribs. This position is open to professionals at **entry-level to advanced levels**, who are committed to quality, safety, and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mechanical assembly of equipment according to technical drawings, work instructions, and internal procedures; * Safely and accurately use manual and electric tools; * Conduct functional tests and basic mechanical adjustments; * Report non-conformities to the area supervisor; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workbench; * Collaborate with other production departments when necessary. **Requirements:** **For entry-level candidates:** * High school diploma (technical course in mechanics or related fields preferred); * **Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings;** * Familiarity with tools such as wrenches, pliers, drills, screwdrivers, etc.; * Strong willingness to learn and adhere to assembly standards. **For advanced-level candidates:** * Proven experience assembling industrial or medical equipment; * Advanced ability to read technical drawings, bills of materials, and production orders; * Knowledge of mechanical adjustments, alignments, torque specifications, and functional testing; * Understanding of quality control and continuous improvement principles. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience assembling medical or hospital products; * Course in Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation; * Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the medical-hospital sector.
