Responsible for delivering an exclusive and personalized experience to the clinic’s clients, guaranteeing welcoming service, excellence in care, and prompt resolution of requests, from the initial contact through post-service follow-up. Main duties and responsibilities: * Monitor appointment schedules, organizing preparation and waiting areas for clients. * Receive clients in a courteous, attentive, and personalized manner, ensuring an atmosphere of hospitality and well-being. * Guide clients to pre\-treatment procedures, performing skin preparation, makeup removal, and recording before-and-after photos of treatments. * Anticipate client needs, ensuring they feel welcome and satisfied with their experience to foster loyalty, providing information about procedures and assisting with any client inquiries. * Accompany clients throughout the entire service process, offering active support before, during, and after treatments. * Ensure the flow of information among clinic staff, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. * Monitor the client’s experience during their time at the clinic, identifying opportunities for delight and service improvements. * Participate in customer relationship and loyalty initiatives, such as client birthdays, post-treatment follow-ups, and special events. * Uphold the clinic’s institutional image, representing its values of excellence, elegance, and confidentiality. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; completed or ongoing degree in Esthetics and Cosmetics or related fields. * Basic computer skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with refined demeanor and genuine empathy. * Ability to handle requests discreetly, quickly, and proactively. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
