We are looking for a professional to lead our audiovisual team. This person will be responsible for organizing the team’s schedule, distributing tasks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring production flows efficiently. In addition to daily management, they will also serve as a producer during shoots, attending some on-site recordings and ensuring everything proceeds according to plan. We seek an organized individual with strong communication skills and experience working with creative teams and audiovisual production processes. Main responsibilities: • Manage the audiovisual team’s daily schedule • Distribute tasks based on deadlines and team capacity • Serve as the main point of contact between internal clients and the team, receiving briefings and coordinating deliveries • Monitor project progress and ensure team productivity • Act as producer during shoots, attending on-site recordings • Participate in editorial planning and alignment meetings with other departments Requirements: • Prior experience managing creative or audiovisual teams • Knowledge of video production and post-production workflows • Organized, proactive profile with a focus on efficiency • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Availability to attend on-site shoots Desirable: • Experience with task organization and management tools (Notion, Trello, Monday, etc.) • Previous experience at production companies, advertising agencies, or internal communications departments • Basic knowledge of camera, sound, and lighting operations • Experience managing internal service workflows in mid- to large-sized companies.
