We are currently seeking a qualified professional for the position of **Administrative Assistant**. Learn more: **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION** Comply with national and international clinical research regulations and current resolutions. Conduct the initial contact with patients admitted to the Clinical Research Unit. Organize medical records according to the weekly schedule (for the next two days). Record temperature and humidity levels in collection rooms and archives at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Prepare workflow documentation in medical records for the following day’s scheduled appointments. Retrieve and receive medical records from SAME at 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM if required. Retrieve medications. Deliver biological samples to the laboratory. Schedule and release ECGs for physician interpretation. Archive medical records. Receive and identify patients. Issue labels for patient diagnostic specimen collection. Organize and sanitize reception counters. Receive invoices and related documentation submitted by patients. Forward post-collection medical records to the Nursing Workstation. Receive requests from patients and their companions for attendance certificates. Screen and redirect incoming calls to the Clinical Research Department; check email daily. Submit maintenance requests for the Clinical Research Center. Retrieve medical records from various hospital departments. Register and issue magnetic access cards for door entry authorization. Place and retrieve office supply orders from the warehouse and print shop. Collect mail and documentation delivered to the UPC via postal service and deliver them to the respective responsible parties. Organize auditorium scheduling and logistics. Digitize and redact patient invoices. Receive and verify kits. Verify study approval status before accepting industry-supplied materials (i.e., determine whether receipt is authorized); sign invoices provided by patients; digitize copies of invoices and packing lists; prepare three copies (original to be handed to courier; one copy to Coordination; one copy to Reception); send email notification regarding received kits; enter invoices into the Tasy system; print the Ministry of Finance usage authorization and attach it to the corresponding invoice; submit entered invoices—accompanied by the usage authorization—to the Finance Department. Update documentation (CVs and GCP certificates) for all UPC staff, physicians, medical physicists, etc. Respond to requests for updating calibration certificates of equipment used by UPC patients—including equipment located both within the UPC and in other departments (e.g., radiology, radiotherapy, prevention, etc.). Submit maintenance requests for the Clinical Research Center. Screen and redirect incoming calls to the Clinical Research Department. Check email daily. Organize and sanitize reception counters. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Completed high school education. Bachelor’s degree in health sciences currently in progress (preferred). We are looking for a professional for the role of **Nurse I in the Prevention Department (Trailers)**. Learn more: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:** Organize prevention campaigns (events, outreach, lectures, giveaways, scheduling, visits, decoration). Establish, update workflows and standardize patient care procedures. Perform monthly control, requests, and verification of equipment (preventive and corrective maintenance), facilities, and mobile units. Train nurses from municipalities (DRS) and other states. Conduct lectures and training for the community. Promote screening programs through caravans, radio, newspapers, churches, schools, among others. Hold meetings with municipal health managers. Supervise and assist nursing technicians (blood collection, preparation administration/orientation, accompanying consultations and procedures, wound care, AVP puncture, medication administration). Perform Pap smear collections. Verify that biological samples (laboratory tests, Pap smears, surgical specimens) have been sent to the laboratory and pathology department. Conduct nursing consultations, counsel and evaluate patients (document in medical records). Supervise and respond to open patient messages on the Prevention WhatsApp. Check and reply to emails. Fill out and analyze department indicators. Coordinate team activities, guiding them in the practical application of patient care procedures under the area's supervision. Participate in mandatory trainings, committees, and meetings. Conduct performance evaluations, guidance, and feedback for staff.
