Key Responsibilities Respond to and log technical support tickets (Level 1\), ensuring SLA compliance and service quality. Provide support to corporate users (hardware, software, internal systems, and workplace tools). Perform diagnosis and resolution of network-related issues, especially Wi\-Fi connectivity. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.). Manage and update the IT asset inventory (hardware and software). Assist with basic server administration and execute updates under guidance from senior team members. Serve as liaison with IT vendors for support, maintenance, and contracted services. Assist with payment tracking for IT vendors. Request and monitor purchases of IT materials and equipment. Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental documentation (contracts, logs, procedures). Ensure compliance with information security policies and IT best practices. **Requirements** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields. Basic knowledge of technical support, networking, and infrastructure. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Office 365\. Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, VPN).
