




Work in administrative and financial support for the department, ensuring that all routines, workflows and results are properly respected and achieved, as well as providing support to internal and external lawyers and service providers. **Responsibilities and attributions** Provide support to internal legal staff and third-party law firms with administrative tasks, filing documents, making copies, scanning documents, scheduling deadlines, appointments, meetings, hearings, payments, among others, ensuring department organization and compliance with obligations. Monitor department payments and incoming funds, requesting payments (settlements, executions, fees, etc.), organizing receipts and forwarding them to the respective responsible parties, tracking amounts released to the company, sending court orders issued in favor of the company or transfer confirmations to the finance department, monitoring receipt, preparing related reports and presentations, obtaining judicial and appellate account statements, ensuring proper financial control and fund movements. Prepare and update reports and presentations using quantitative and qualitative data related to litigation and internal demands, assisting in data control and presenting results to the company. Monitor control of judicial and administrative processes, registering and/or updating processes in electronic systems, spreadsheets, and other tools, aiming to ensure management of the company's labor and social security processes.
