





**Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. * Open Service Orders (SO). * Understand customer needs and perform technical vehicle assessment. * Prepare service and parts quotations. * Monitor service execution with the workshop team. * Keep the customer informed about the vehicle's progress. * Conduct vehicle delivery with explanation of services performed. * Perform follow-up and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction. * Organize schedule, deadlines, and service priorities. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. * Basic/intermediate mechanical knowledge. * Good communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor. * Ability to handle stressful situations and conflicts. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Proficient with systems, WhatsApp, and SO issuance.
