Provide consultative and in-person service, offering financial solutions tailored to each client's needs. Prospect new clients and opportunities, expanding the relationship base and strengthening integrated business with the Sistema Integrado Martins (SIM). Manage client portfolios with a results focus, monitoring financial indicators, delinquency, and profitability. Act in credit approval and renewal, assessing risks and participating in credit committees.
