**Responsibilities and Duties**
On the Bemol team, you will delight customers by carrying out the activities described below:
**Activities:**
* Provide customer service, offering guidance on the correct use of medications and health products;
* Dispense medications in accordance with medical prescriptions and current legislation;
* Perform blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol measurements;
* Administer injectables and vaccinations;
* Conduct medication reviews and provide self-care support;
* Use company administrative/financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, and SNGPC;
* Train store operators on Bemol’s service standards and pharmaceutical technical guidance;
* Manage pharmaceutical regulatory technical procedures at the pharmacy;
* Control and manage inventory of medications and health products;
* Ensure proper storage and preservation of pharmaceutical products;
* Perform earlobe piercing.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualities:**

* Experience as a manager of customer service/sales teams;

Bemol was founded on **August 13, 1942**, by brothers Samuel, Israel, and Saul Benchimol. In its early years, the company operated in the pharmaceutical trade, later expanding into cereals, cement, and finally home appliances—a sector in which it remains active today. Today, we operate over **37 physical stores**, 1 online store, and **6 distribution centers**, located in Manaus, Porto Velho, and Rio Branco. Committed to quality service, Bemol also operates **22 lottery outlets** within its stores and **5 Mercado Bemol units** in Manaus.
In 2016, Bemol expanded its presence in the health sector with the launch of **Bemol Farma**, which currently comprises **47 physical units** and 1 online store. To complement this initiative, we also operate a unit of **Clínica Bemol Saúde**.
