In 2017, we expanded to Palmas\-TO with our Distribution Center, enabling us to deliver fresh and healthy fruits daily to residents of Tocantins, thereby contributing to people's well-being and nutrition. We are hiring a Warehouse Dispatch Assistant, whose mission is to support all activities related to dispatching fruits grown on our farm, ensuring customer demands are met efficiently, with quality, and within the correct timeframe. This professional assists in selecting, sorting, preparing, and loading shipments, following order schedules and ensuring products reach customers in perfect condition. 1\. Receive and verify dispatch orders, checking customer requirements and cross-referencing them with the daily schedule to ensure accurate and satisfactory fulfillment of customer orders daily at the start of the work shift. 2\. Select and sort fruits for dispatch, identifying them by type, ripeness, quality, and quantity specified in the order, to ensure only high-quality products conforming to the order are shipped to customers, per the order schedule. 3\. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging and organizing fruits into plastic crates or appropriate packaging, then placing them onto pallets, to ensure safe and proper transportation while maintaining product integrity, daily as required for order fulfillment. 4\. Inspect fruit conditions prior to dispatch, visually examining fruits to identify potential damage or defects, ensuring customers receive only products in perfect condition and compliant with established standards during loading. 5\. Assist in truck loading by organizing, positioning, and securing cargo appropriately inside vehicles, ensuring fruits are transported safely and without damage daily whenever fruit loading for deliveries occurs. 6\. Validate dispatch documentation by verifying invoices, transport manifests, and other documents related to road freight transportation, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and available for delivery trips daily during cargo preparation and dispatch. 7\. Maintain the dispatch area in optimal working conditions according to the company’s quality and excellence standards, organizing workspaces, collecting and properly disposing of waste, cleaning and sanitizing environments, equipment, and work materials, ensuring a consistently clean, safe, organized, and operationally suitable environment daily. 8\. Conduct dispatch inventories by verifying stored and ready-to-dispatch products to maintain absolute stock control and prevent delivery failures due to stock shortages, daily. 9\. Report problems or data discrepancies, promptly notifying the immediate supervisor of any issues related to inventory, orders, products, or logistics, to prevent errors, delays, service failures, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues daily whenever problems are identified. 10\. Monitor refrigerated vehicle loading processes, verifying correct temperatures and ensuring products are loaded according to technical criteria, guaranteeing fruits are transported under ideal preservation conditions for quality, daily during loading and transportation. 11\. Assist in preparing dispatch reports, recording relevant information on dispatched products, customers, delivery deadlines, and any incidents, to provide data for monitoring the logistical performance of operations after each dispatch. 12\. Assist in returning damaged products, receiving and documenting returns of damaged or non-conforming items, ensuring such products are properly handled and controlled whenever damage returns occur.
