We are hiring Young Apprentices. To provide technical and professional training to young people, combining theory and practice through support in departmental routines, contributing to the development of professional, behavioral, and organizational competencies. 1. Organize, archive, and maintain physical and digital department documents. Following company-defined standards, using folders, labels, spreadsheets, and internal systems, under the supervisor’s guidance. To ensure easy access to information, legal compliance, and administrative process organization. Daily, as required by the department. 2. Support data entry and verification. Perform simple data entries into spreadsheets or internal systems. Inputting information according to instructions received, verifying data, and requesting supervisor validation. To maintain up-to-date records and support administrative and operational control of the department. Whenever required or when information updates occur. 3. Support document and report control. Assist in reviewing and organizing administrative reports. Comparing information, sorting documents, and organizing files per instructions. To support decision-making and ensure information standardization. Weekly or as scheduled by the department. 4. Internal service and support. Support internal service to employees and departments. Providing basic information, forwarding requests to the supervisor, and logging demands. To ensure smooth internal communication and support for departmental routines. As required by the department. 5. Support in organizing department materials and routines. Assist in organizing office supplies and basic controls. Checking minimum stock levels, organizing spaces, and requesting replenishment when needed. To ensure continuity of activities and proper department functioning. Periodically, as established in routine procedures. 6. Participation in the apprenticeship program. Participate in theoretical and practical activities of the apprenticeship program. Attending classes, completing assignments, and applying knowledge in daily work at the company. To develop professional, technical, and behavioral competencies. As per the apprenticeship program schedule. 7. Compliance with internal rules and guidelines. Comply with company rules, procedures, and guidelines.
