




Description: If you: * Have completed high school with a technical course in Computer Science, Networks or related fields * Up to 1 year of experience in technical user support; * Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems (Windows/Linux), Office suite and computer networks (basic/intermediate); It will be considered a plus if you: * Experience with backup tools, antivirus and IT ticketing systems; * Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science or related areas; * Provide on-site and remote technical support, resolving user incidents and doubts; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software; * Install, configure and update operating systems, applications and peripherals; * Assist in monitoring and configuring the local network; * Execute information security routines (backups, antivirus, updates); * Document support activities and maintain updated records in the ticketing system; * Guide users on the use of technological tools. * Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the area manager 2510280202221774249
