This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
**Job Purpose and Impact**

The Utilities/Boiler Supervisor will provide strategic operational supervision for all production operational facilities with moderate presence across multiple regions or moderate complexity. In this role, you will supervise and hold operational facilities accountable for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.

Work location — On-site in Barreiras/BA
**Key Accountabilities**
------------------------
* Execute routine operations within the assigned area, ensuring direct reports adhere to policies and procedures related to employee safety, food and feed safety, and environmental compliance;
* Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and schedules;
* Manage the production budget for a department, process or change purchase orders, and ensure timely payment of invoices for projects under your responsibility;
* Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across all production processes (boilers, effluent and water treatment plants, cooling towers, and factory air compressor units) for multiple departments, processes, and shifts;
* People management and development;
* Other duties as assigned;
* Development, improvement, and management of area-specific projects.
**Qualifications**

### **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Engineering;
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Solid and proven directly related work experience;
* Experience in utilities, specifically boilers and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) and/or ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant);
* Additional minimum qualifications may apply.
### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* One year of supervisory experience.
