Job Summary: Assists teachers in preparing teaching materials and activities, organizes the classroom environment, and provides pedagogical support and conflict mediation among students. Conflict mediation and child supervision Prepares and organizes the school materials and resources required for teachers to deliver lessons and pedagogical activities. Assists with organizing and maintaining the classroom environment. Provides support for other requests from teachers and educators, such as helping grade assignments and exams. Accompanies students to the restroom, meals, and other locations within the institution. Is responsible for mediating conflicts among children and remaining vigilant in the classroom to prevent childhood accidents. In early childhood education, a preschool classroom assistant is responsible for helping children develop autonomy—assisting them with tasks such as basic hygiene, feeding, and implementing stimulating activities.
