Data analysis and indicator-based improvements in Power BI The Procurement Analyst is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required by the company. They operate strategically, seeking optimal purchasing conditions, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards of acquired products. * Receive, prioritize, and manage purchase requisitions via the system, focusing on strategic items (primarily Fleet and Maintenance). * Conduct quotations and strategic negotiations with suppliers. * Prepare comprehensive quotation maps with technical and financial analyses. * Validate approvals with senior management and perform order follow-up. * Ensure procurement processes adhere to defined timelines and standards. * Accurately validate and forward invoices to Finance to avoid rework. * Update and monitor Power BI performance dashboards, proposing improvements based on indicators. * Participate in monthly results meetings, presenting data, key negotiations, cost variations, and average lead times. * Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, update supplier records, and develop alternatives in case of supply failures.
