Description

Perform general carpentry work, including cutting and assembling, installing and repairing wooden components to construct building assemblies or parts, civil works, and stage sets, or carry out maintenance thereof. **Responsibilities and duties** Fabricate truck bodies, wooden devices for agricultural machinery, gates, and other items as needed, as well as furniture, cabinets, and other wooden utensils when required; Ensure workplace cleanliness in compliance with occupational safety and health standards; Carry out other duties inherent to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor; Perform job-related activities while adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for carrying out job and departmental tasks; responsible for promptly informing the immediate supervisor of any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Literacy; Experience. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health plan (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
