**Job Description:**
*The hiring company operates in Joinville/SC in the retail sector. They offer a wide variety of products; customers seek them out for home décor, household utensils, pet shop items, and diverse personal and household goods.*

**Job Mission:** Provide operational and administrative support to HR processes, ensuring organization, legal compliance, employee service, and support for Personnel Department routines, contributing to the smooth operation of the department and a positive employee experience.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support operational payroll processes, including data verification, information entry, benefits tracking, deductions, and variable components as directed by the department head.
* Execute employee onboarding procedures, including document verification, system registrations, and organization of physical and digital personnel files.
* Monitor and manage timekeeping records, identify inconsistencies, and forward them to the responsible person for validation.
* Support benefits administration, including enrollments, cancellations, and updates with benefit providers.
* Support new employee onboarding by organizing schedules, materials, and initial orientation.
* Manage and organize vacation-related information, performing entries and preliminary verifications.
* Provide employee support, answering basic questions regarding payroll, benefits, timekeeping, vacations, and other HR routines.
* Support termination processes, organizing documentation, scheduling, and verifications as directed by the HR Analyst.
* Maintain updated internal information bulletin boards and announcements.
* Support internal event organization, engagement initiatives, and corporate campaigns.
* Assist in Recruitment and Selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and administrative support.
**\*Job Requirements:\***
* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Familiarity with Personnel Department functions (onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, vacations, and terminations).
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) at beginner to intermediate level.
* Experience with electronic timekeeping systems and HR administrative routines.
* Prior experience as an HR Assistant or Personnel Department Assistant is a plus.
* Retail industry experience is considered a plus.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday \- 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
