Description
Plan, develop, and implement the Annual Training Plan;
Conduct Training Needs Assessments by analyzing performance evaluation data, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and strategic business requirements;
Monitor performance and effectiveness indicators of educational initiatives;
Develop and oversee the annual Training and Development budget;
Administer educational platforms, structuring learning paths, validating content, and tracking key metrics;
Develop corporate education projects in collaboration with internal departments;
Design, implement, and manage leadership development and organizational competency programs;
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities, evaluating impact and proposing improvements;
Plan and execute the New Employee and Leadership Onboarding Program;
Ensure timely updates of training content, schedules, and internal trainer development;
Monitor new employees' initial experience and propose improvements;
Ensure completion of mandatory job-specific training, tracking deadlines, requirements, and certifications;
Support employees undergoing mandatory training to ensure compliance with institutional requirements;
Provide technical and/or operational support within the scope of expertise, guiding colleagues and related departments, clarifying doubts, and offering assistance;
Continuously seek improvement of services, processes, and professional practices inherent to the role, proposing solutions, standardizations, and enhancements that contribute to efficiency, quality, and safety;
Participate in internal and external training, capacity-building, and updating activities as directed by the immediate supervisor or required by legal and institutional regulations;
Safeguard personal data (LGPD compliance), ensuring appropriate, secure, and confidential handling of all information and data accessed, in accordance with institutional policies;
Draft, review, update, and support validation of Quality Management System documents, including Manuals, Operational Procedures, and Work Instructions;
Maintain sector-specific technical and operational documents up-to-date and accessible, identifying needs for creation, revision, or continuous improvement in alignment with the immediate supervisor;
Support the immediate manager (Coordination or Management) in gathering, recording, and analyzing information related to costs, resources, materials, and departmental needs, contributing to annual budget planning and monitoring;
Track and analyze performance, quality, and results indicators related to assigned activities, proactively acting to achieve and exceed established targets.
