Strong focus on customer service **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the dining room staff (waiters, servers, etc.). * Ensure service quality and customer experience. * Organize reservations and table arrangements according to demand. * Coordinate service flow between kitchen and dining room. * Train and develop staff in best practices for service and hospitality. * Resolve customer issues diplomatically and professionally. * Monitor inventory and replenishment of dining room utensils and supplies. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements * Proven experience as a Maître or in similar roles within the hospitality/restaurant industry. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong focus on customer service. * Ability to solve problems efficiently and promptly. * Good communication skills and professional appearance. * Knowledge of wines and food pairings is a plus. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
