We act as growth partners, combining professional management, governance, market intelligence, operations, and strategic connections. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **What are the responsibilities for this role?** * Automate operational processes and reports using Python, AI, and data integrations; * Replace manual Excel controls with automated workflows for report generation and distribution to franchises and internal teams; * Structure databases to ensure data organization, reliability, and scalability; * Develop dashboards and monitoring systems using Power BI and Streamlit; * Create strategic analyses and KPIs to support business areas; * Implement and monitor pricing and P\&L models; * Track financial and performance metrics such as margin, CAC, and LTV; * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation; * Collaborate with strategic departments to support data-driven decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What do you need?** * Experience in process automation and data manipulation; * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI; * Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity and data analysis; * Experience building dashboards and data visualizations; * Execution-oriented, proactive profile with autonomy to design solutions; * Ability to translate operational needs into automated, scalable processes. **Additional Information** #### **What would be a differentiator for this position?** * Knowledge of Streamlit; * Experience with financial metrics and business KPIs; * Experience in franchise operations, expansion, or scalable businesses; * Knowledge of data modeling and integrations. #### **Work Format and Benefits:** * CLT employment contract * On-site work format * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Meal allowance and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
